SEGA released this interesting programming language which was popular in schools during eighties.

 LOGO it is a simple language used to teach people (especially children) how to use, understand and program computers. This package includes full Turtle graphics, varibles, primitives or procedures and mathematically capabilities.

There are two 150 page manuals supplied with the package.

The first is a simple clearly written instruction manual for people who have not used LOGO before and the second is a very comprehensive run down of the more complicated features of LOGO.

Both manuals are filled with working examples to help demonstrate the texts. LOGO is a very powerful language as you can actually increase the artificial intelligence of your computer. It has been specially designed to perform graphs programming with the greatest of ease and can be mastered by anybody from 2 to 92.

If you want to see a demo program just load LOGO onto an emulator like MEKA or BlueMSX, type in:

FILES and then CR, a list of programs saved should appear. Now type LOAD "DEMO.LOG" and CR. After the program has loaded just type KIREI and CR.

Or you can type in these commands:

Square:  REPEAT 4 [FD 50 RT 90] and CR.

Triangle: REPEAT 3 [FD 50 RT 120] and CR.

Gfx and sound: REPEAT 16 [FD 20 BEEP RT 90 FD 20 BEEP LT 45] and CR.
